Oracle Planning: Effective financial management for better decisions

Together with Martin Lundbye (Consulting Director at inlumi), DTU’s business consultants Søren Klenø and Søren Dahlkilde will share their experiences and the results they have achieved in their budgeting and reporting processes.

Through extensive system support for financial management, including increased automation, DTU has achieved significantly better correlations in data throughout the organisation. This has led to a major improvement in data transparency on the journey towards “one version of the truth”.

We will also briefly review Oracle’s EPM toolbox for budgeting, allocation, analysis and reporting.
